- Weekly 45-minute recorded Common Class
- A new learning session uploaded every Sunday
- Monthly one-to-one Master Class of 15–20 minutes
Move Forward When Ready
Progression is based on assessment evidence, participation, mentor observations and demonstrated readiness.
- Regular development reviews
- Mid-year promotion when readiness is demonstrated
- Final annual analysis for next-level eligibility
